Essentials Plan

$50/hour + 20% Fee 

Flexible support when you need it—nothing you don’t.

 

Perfect for owners who visit often or only need occasional help. Pay only for the hours you use on your property at $50/hour. If we coordinate third-party services (plumbing, snow removal, repairs, etc.), a 20% service coordination fee is added to the vendor’s invoice. Simple, transparent, and easy to scale up or down.
